1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MS ADS NETWORK services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MS ADS NETWORK. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Publisher Requirements

You must own or have rights to monetize the websites/apps you register
All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations
Traffic must be legitimate and not artificially generated
You must implement ads.txt for domain verification
Content must be appropriate for advertising (13+ audience)

4. Prohibited Content

You may NOT monetize sites/apps containing:

Adult or sexually explicit content
Gambling, betting, or casino content
Illegal drugs or substances
Violence, hate speech, or discrimination
Pirated content or copyright infringement
Malware, viruses, or deceptive practices
Child-directed content (under 13)

5. Revenue Share & Payments

Revenue split

Competitive publisher revenue share, shown on every monthly invoice

Minimum payout

$100 threshold

Payments processed Net-30 after month end
Invalid traffic is not eligible for payment
Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer

6. Suspension & Termination

MS ADS NETWORK may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, generate invalid traffic, or publish prohibited content. Earnings may be forfeited for policy violations.
