1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MS ADS Network's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MS ADS Network services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Publisher Requirements

• You must own or have rights to monetize the websites/apps you register
• All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Traffic must be legitimate and not artificially generated
• You must implement ads.txt for domain verification
• Minimum monthly traffic: 10,000 impressions
• Content must be appropriate for advertising (13+ audience)

5. Revenue Share & Payments

• Payments processed NET-30 (30 days after month end)
• Earnings calculated per 1000 impressions (CPM model)
• Invalid traffic is not eligible for payment
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer

6. Account Suspension & Termination

MS ADS Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Generate invalid traffic (bots, click fraud)
• Publish prohibited content
• Fail to maintain minimum quality standards

7. Intellectual Property

All MS ADS Network branding, logos, SDK code, and platform technology are the property of MS ADS Network. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MS ADS Network is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MS ADS Network harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Compliance & COPPA

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance:

• Publishers must NOT target children under 13 years old
• All publisher content must be for 13+ audiences
• COPPA flag is set to 0 (not child-directed) in all bid requests
• Publishers violating this will face immediate termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
