The MS Ads Network Alliance

We believe smaller ad networks grow faster together than alone. The MS Ads Network Alliance is our invitation to independent ad networks to work with us, and with each other, as real partners.

What is the MS Ads Network Alliance?

The MS Ads Network Alliance is a partnership of small and independent ad networks, started by MS Ads Network in Karachi, Pakistan. Its purpose is simple: to help member networks find more demand, sell more inventory and reach new markets, by working together instead of competing alone against the largest platforms.

We want to build something lasting with our partners. Many of the problems a growing network faces, such as finding buyers, keeping traffic clean and building trust with advertisers, we have worked through ourselves. We are happy to share what we have learned and solve the rest together.

Who it is for

The Alliance is for small and independent ad networks, especially in:

• South Asia: Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and nearby markets.
• Southeast Asia: countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
• The Middle East: the Gulf countries and the wider region.

If you run an ad network, SSP, DSP or a publisher platform with your own supply or demand, and you share our commitment to clean, policy-compliant advertising, we would like to hear from you.

• No joining fee. Membership is free. There is no fee to join and no long-term commitment.
• B2B business opportunities. Access to demand and inventory deals with MS Ads Network and with other member networks.
• Partnerships. A group of trusted peers in different markets to buy from, sell to and grow with.
• Webinars. Sessions for members on topics such as programmatic advertising, traffic quality and growing a small network. Dates are shared with members directly.

How it works

1. We supply demand to you. Campaigns from our advertisers and demand partners can run on your inventory, so your publishers see more ads to fill their space.
2. You supply inventory to us. Your traffic gets another buyer through our platform, which can mean more competition for each impression.
3. Fair commercial terms, agreed per partner. Commission or revenue share is agreed separately with each partner, based on the type of traffic, formats and markets. Terms are put in writing before any traffic flows.
4. Open communication. Each partner has a direct contact with us, and we review results together and adjust as we go.

Our standards and policies

Trust is the foundation of the Alliance. Every member, including us, follows the same rules:

• Clean traffic only. Real human visitors on real websites and apps.
• No bots and no automated or fake traffic of any kind.
• No incentivized clicks. No paying or rewarding users to click or view ads.
• No adult, gambling, crypto or other restricted content, on either the publisher or the advertiser side.
• Policy-compliant publishers. Publishers must follow the law in their country and the policies of the platforms they work with.
• Supply chain transparency. We support ads.txt and sellers.json so buyers can verify where inventory comes from.
