1. Terms of Service
By creating a publisher account and using MS ADS Network, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register or use our services.
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details.
- You must own or have legal rights to monetize the websites or apps you register.
- Traffic must be legitimate (no bots, incentivized clicks, or artificially inflated impressions).
- You must implement ads.txt for domain verification where applicable.
- Minimum quality bar: roughly 10,000 monthly impressions and content suitable for a 13+ audience.
2. Ad Content & Inventory Policy
Strictly prohibited inventory: adult/sexual content; gambling/betting; illegal drugs; violence or hate speech; pirated or copyright-infringing material; malware or deceptive practices; weapons; and child-directed content under 13 (COPPA).
- All content must comply with applicable laws and advertiser brand-safety standards.
- You may not inject ads in a way that spoofs UI, forces accidental clicks, or misrepresents the destination.
- MS ADS Network may pause or remove placements that fail traffic or content quality checks.
3. Privacy Policy
We collect account information (name, email, payment details), site/app details, usage and performance metrics, and technical data (IP, device, cookies) needed to operate our SSP, detect fraud, and pay you.
- Used to provide the platform, process payouts, prevent abuse, optimize delivery, and communicate account notices.
- Protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

4. Cookies & Tracking
We use necessary cookies for login and security, plus optional analytics/preference cookies to improve the product. Marketing cookies, if used, require consent where required by law.

5. Payout Policy
- Revenue share: Publishers receive a competitive share of approved revenue, as set out in their agreement and shown on each invoice.
- Minimum payout: $100.
- Schedule: Net-30 after month end, subject to successful traffic verification.
- Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Payoneer (where available).
- Invalid, fraudulent, or policy-violating traffic is not payable. Serious violations may result in forfeiture of pending earnings and account termination.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, generate invalid traffic, host prohibited content, or fail quality standards. You may close your account at any time; unpaid balances below threshold may remain until the next eligible cycle or as otherwise stated in your dashboard.
