To become a publisher on MS ADS Network, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Prohibited Content
MS ADS strictly prohibits monetization of content that includes:
- Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or adult services
- Illegal Activities: Piracy, hacking, counterfeit goods, or any illegal content
- Violence: Graphic violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Gambling: Online casinos, betting, or lottery sites
- Drugs: Sale or promotion of illegal drugs or substances
- Malware: Viruses, spyware, or malicious software

4. Publisher Responsibilities
As a publisher, you agree to:
- Implement ad code correctly without modification
- Not click on your own ads or encourage invalid clicks
- Maintain content quality and user experience standards
- Comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Not engage in fraudulent traffic generation
- Display ads.txt file as required
5. Payment Terms
Revenue Share: Publishers receive 70% of the revenue generated from their inventory.
Minimum Payout: $50 USD (or equivalent in your currency)
Payment Schedule: Monthly payments within 30 days of month-end
Payment Methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer
Note: Payment processing fees may apply depending on your chosen method.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
MS ADS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Use or our policies
- We detect fraudulent or invalid traffic
- Your content violates our prohibited content policy
- You fail to maintain minimum quality standards
- You engage in any activity that harms our network or advertisers
Outstanding payments may be forfeited upon account termination for policy violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All MS ADS Network trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of MS ADS. You may not use our branding without explicit written permission.
You retain all rights to your content, but grant MS ADS a license to display ads on your properties.
8. Limitation of Liability
MS ADS Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or earnings
- Technical issues or downtime
- Third-party advertiser actions
- Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of MS ADS Network constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
